Media planning and execution of Omni-channel activities (Offline & Online) for all categories within Personal Health Canada. Build & execute media plan and activation across key retailers like Amazon & Walmart Collaborating with the Canada marketing team in defining the media brief, and ensuring targets are in line with overall business KPIs (ie revenue, brand preference and market share). Briefing and coordinating with all external media agencies to ensure media activation is on time and within budget.

Leveraging data to support campaign optimization and continuous improvement (LEAN management) to drive ROI. Adjust quarterly media campaigns/plans based on performance. Influencing full year media plans/strategies by providing the internal marketing team with media insights Partnering with agencies to deploy new capabilities in media activation to enhance campaign planning through learnings.

Inputting and/or creating reporting and postmortems for all media activation outside agency scope. You will report to the Senior Media Strategy Manager, North America and collaborate with Consumer Marketing Managers (Canada), various stakeholders within the North America (NAM) Marketing team, and external media partners/agencies To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following.

A Bachelor's degree (Business-related degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing campaign management and/or marketing planning. Evidence of strong project management skills.

An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-functional team to achieve results.
