You will be joining a high functioning team that loves to win and who truly does put the patient first while at the same time inspiring each other along the way. In this role, you will bring the marketing plan of action to life with key Respirologists and Allergists, major hospitals, and related allied health care professionals through uncovering & maximizing business opportunity to truly partner and innovate together.
Primary Responsibilities:. Develop and implement strategic business plans for the therapeutic portfolio with targeted specialists, hospitals and allied health care professionals. Develop & implement unique customer focused initiatives to build GSK advocacy and to drive incremental sales growth.
Provide unmatched customer value for both external and internal customers. Work closely with colleagues who interact with family physicians to develop and implement strategic programs. OLA, CHE to drive sales growth with GPs/FMs.
Prepare and appropriately manage territory business plans. Allocate appropriate face to face and virtual selling time to ensure optimal business results Why you? Basic Qualifications:. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a highly competitive pharmaceutical environment.
Experience in the relevant therapeutic area(ie. Respiratory) Preferred Qualifications:. Previous specialist facing selling experience(Respirology or otherwise).
Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills. Demonstrated selling excellence in various selling situations (group and one to one, virtual and in-person). Solid evidences of flexible thinking, innovation and adaptability Strong ability to interpret scientific research studies and the impact to patients Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques Working knowledge of computer/Ipad technology(Excel, Power BI, Veeva).
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company - leased vehicle.
